We have not authorized the soccer field at this time since our 2009 funds are very tight. Timeframe for this installation has not been established. 6-13-09 Bridge to be repaired The Pablo Bay entrance bridge has some significant erosion and will cost as much as $30,000 to repair. The HOA Board and BCM have been able to negotiate with the water district to have the bridge repaired at the cities expense. Please be patient as this process may take several months. We hope to complete repairs by early August. Please be careful when walking near this section. Thank you, Mark Toutain
PABLO BAY Is a unique 450 home community on the west side of the Intercoastal about 2 miles from Jacksonville Beach. We are 1 mile from the world renowned Mayo Clinic and about 12 miles from downtown Jacksonville. Onsite amenities include an adult and kids swimming facility, soccer field, lighted tennis court, and kids park. We have 10 ponds nestled throughout the community and a one mile wooded walking path near the main entrance. current services: We have implemented a number of services to this website for our residents. They include: A Reservation System for all residents to reserve the Pool Cabana with Kitchen, Soccer Field, Tennis Court or Pablo Park Gazebo. This system allows resources to be self managed. A Live View snapshot of the usage of our resources. These are wide angle (low resolution for security purposes) pictures to give residents a snap shot of how busy the resources are. Currently only the pool resource is available. Document Repository for Architectural Request Forms, Deeds and Covenants, Planned Changes, and Board Minutes (access restricted). Newsletter Subscriptions. Pablo Bay HOA cares about your safety and has implemented a 11 camera digital video system, radar enforcement program and Neighborhood Watch program.
