Pool Key Cards...This section was created to explain how to obtain or replace you pool key card. Please allow up to two weeks processing time for delivery of new cards. For Owners that are NOT renting their homes in Pablo Bay: 1) Each Owner is entitled to own up to 2 Key Cards without additional fee. A single key card was mailed back in July of 2006 to all homeowners. The second key card could be obtained by providing a completed Key Card Information form as shown under Pool Forms and returning via the instructions contained in the form. 2) For Lost, Stolen or damaged key cards - The owner will have to pay $26.50 to replace the key card. This may be applied for online. Owner Replacement Key Card $26.503) For New key cards - The owner will have to pay $53.00 to have a new key card added. This may be applied for online. Owner New Key Card $53.00For Owners that ARE renting their homes in Pablo Bay: 1) The Owner is entitled one Key Card which was mailed back in July of 2006 and the Tenant is entitled to one key card. For the Tenant to receive their key card, the owner must sign the "Owner Acceptance for Tenant Use of PB Resources" form and the Tenant must complete the Key Card Information Form and submit $26.50. For every new Tenant, the new Tenant must fill out a Tenant Key Card information form and submit $26.50. Tenant Change of Record - Same as Replacement Key Card $26.502) For Lost, Stolen or damaged key cards - The owner or tenant will have to pay $26.50 to replace the key card. This may be applied for online. Tenant Replacement Key Card $26.503) For New key cards - The owner or tenant will have to pay $53.00 to have a new key card added. This may be applied for online. Pool Rules:Anyone who does not follow these rules is subject to SUSPENSION of Pablo Bay resources as determined by the HOA Board. SUSPENSION may be lifted upon Board review. 1) Anyone who does not know how to swim and is smaller then 48" must wear some form of a floatation device. 2) Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18. 3) Anyone found using a Key Card improperly will have that Key Card disabled. 3) The hours of Operation are from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. There is NO life guard on duty. 4) No diving, running, horse play or other activity that may be considered dangerous will be allowed. 5) No food outside of the designated eating areas. 6) No foul language 7) No rafts, floating lounge chairs, or other pool equipment will be allowed. The Pool Monitor will determine which items may be used in the pool. 8) Please shower before entering the pool. 9) Young children must use swim diapers. 10) No dogs or bicyciles/skate boards on the pool deck/pavers. 11) No alcohol or glass containers allowed on the pool deck. 12) Any child under the age of 7 must be attended in the bathrooms.
