NOTE: NO PARTIES MAY BE HELD IN THE SOCCER FIELD WITHOUT A POOL CABANA
RESERVATION.
Many people have been using the Pablo Bay
soccer field for "unauthorized" league practice and have been booking more than 2 slots at a time. Per the CCR's, the HOA Board is authorized to levy fines or restrict use of the common areas for continued violations. Please report all violations to hoa@pablobay.com.
There is no league practice allowed in Pablo Bay unless you have at least 3 Pablo Bay residents who are part of the team.
In addition, if want to book more than 2 slots you must apply for "authorized" league practice by sending an email to hoa@pablobay.com. Please specify the
names of the Pablo Bay residents who are part of the team and which dates and times you are requesting to book. A
decision including possible usage fee and deposit will be determined by the HOA
board.
Also please make sure your team cleans up after themselves,
